Patricia Foss

Patricia's interest in natural medicine came from her own journey of healing from addiction and an “incurable” chronic Illness. 
She found great success using food as medicine, herbs and acupunture, and actually two times in her life cured chronic illness in her body.

While healing she began to study yoga and found the value of a quieter mind and a more flexible body to move more freely.

When she discovered Ayurveda in 2006, she knew she found her path.


Ayurveda held all the key secrets to life she dreamed about as a child. It was that marriage of science and poetry that she craved her whole life. It made sense in a deep way.

Patricia Foss LMP, CAP, graduated from AYU Academy (Kerala Ayurveda), with an Advanced Practioners Certification. She has completed advanced courses in Women's Health, Herbology and Panchakarma in Bangalore, India. Her passions are nutritional therapies, Ayurvedic cooking, and using food as
medicine. As a massage therapist she has special interests in Marma, Shirodhara, and essential oil Aromatherapy, and Panchakarma.

 

  • Nationally Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner with NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association) since 2008

  • Certified Massage Therapist with the State of Washington

  • 200 hr yoga teaching certification at Sivananda Yoga - 2019

  • Ayurvedic & Panchakarma Practitioner at Bastyr Center for Natural Health (Seattle): 2014-2019


Currently studying Jyotish, the Vedic Astrological system

and offering readings to clients.

She has been enjoying her work as an Ayurveda Therapist since 2009.
